    You should also try it with a bit of safron ( tiny tiny bit ! ), some black pepper aaaaaand .. a boiled potatoe ( with the skin, peel it off before mashing it ) :) ( a quart of a boiled potatoe for the quantity of your recipe ).
    Just fantastic.
    Try it also with fish soup with some cheese … oh gawd.

    This turned out really well. I was not sure about topping it with chopped cilantro but it was much better than eating it plain.
