I made this one yesterday and it was gone in 1 hour, that’s the only thing we wanted to eat. It was exceptionally delicious and yammie, great thanks for the recipe, absolutely LOOOOOOVEd it

@mugsyjeff You are so welcome! There are another “Twist” that I make occasionally it to add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder into the batter. I love the flavor combo. Try on 1 muffin a little bit of coffee powder and let me know if it is not only me.
PS I wish that I could grow bananas at home!

@EasyRecipesWithTwist Thanks for that Victoria. The pecans do give a nice flavour. I made a few batches of banana & pecan fritters. I have made all sorts of variations with these banana muffins, as we’ve been growing bananas for over 20 yrs. Another one is chopped walnuts & chopped dates. Slivered almonds with chopped dried apricot. Sometimes if I’m rushed I’ll just throw a heap of sultanas in. I got some shaved almonds in the pantry, so I’ll ise them today, you’ve inspired me. thanks again. bye

@mugsyjeff Try 1/2 cup of chopped pecans as well. 1/4 cup in the batter and 1/4 cup on top! Enjoy.
