    “Bread” - note quotation marks

    Did you have fewer takes when you used to call it “dried paste”?

    @liuzhou you are an idiot! How can you call this an eating disorder.

    I have to agree Kevin you are a little loud…it’s rough on the ears.
    I do like your show, but have to always remember to turn down the volume!

    @liuzhou I’m going to make some assumptions such as, you eat copious amounts of meat. Also, your an idiot.

    Another bunch of people with eating disorders trying to justify themselves by recruiting fellow sufferers. Raw food? Grow up!

    Hi guys, i would love to try out this recipe but =( i don’t have a food dehydrator yet… so could i use the oven to dehydrate food (veg, fruits, bread, crackers…)? and how long it would take me to get the bread ready? Thanks for a great health show.

    @ocergnairb Seriously?
    Flax: Omega-3, Lignans (antioxidant), Fiber
    Almonds: Calcium, Protein, Vitamin E, Magnesium
    Sunflower seeds: Vitamin E, Magnesium, Selenium, Vit B1&B5, Folate
    Olive oil: Monounsaturated fat that may lower LDL, Vit E & K, Chlorophyll, antioxidant
    Onion: Chromium, Vit C, Fiber
    Namu shoyu: Skip or use sea or himalayan salt (mineral benefits)
    Agave: Could substitute another sweetener or leave out
    Dehydrating does not remove nutrients, that’s the whole point of raw foods :)

    So, the bread recipe is basically: fat, fat, inedible vegetable, salty fermented sauce, fat in the fractured form of oil, and then over-concentrated sweetener. Then you put it in a blowdryer-in-a-box to take all the water and nutrients out of it, and then you eat it ! :)

    OMG This bread looks great. Well I’m not shea, so do not think I am. Come on you pack of jealous haters, this girl is so beautiful (inside and out ) it’s crazy that everyone would be talking about her eye brows. Did she ask you for eye brow advice, kevin, or ann maire, no they did not. If the only thing so has to worry about is her eye brows well……. I’m sure you were just trying to be helpful………….But to help the poor guy out with the real probelm, organic caster oil, rub it in.

    When raw food recipes call for dry sunflower seeds am I supposed to soak and dry them before using? Or can I use them without soaking?
