I am going to try that recipe. It looks simpler and healthier than the other bread pudding, which use imo, way too much butter.

i ate panettone il fuorno at an italian restaurant a few months ago. best thing ive tried in years. its was freshly made hot out the oven, sprinkled with cinnamon and had a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top melting away. you dont know how good it is until youve tried it. words dont describe it

This recent Christmas, I made this recipe. It doesn’t matter whether you are Italian, like my wife, or Barbadian, like me. This is a FABULOUS dessert! Calling this recipe a joke is mere pride. Kudos to the chief!
Thanks Keith
PS Your style is like Julia, a teaching fun We need more like you on TV and less of the Iron and copper and other competitions.

cosi’ si rovina un buon panettone, ma se il bread and butter pudding si fa con il pane reffermo ed e’ un dolce povero ma buonissimo, perche’ devi far vedere che sei chef e rovinare un prodotto meraviglioso…..just eat panettone as it is my friend….play the little chef in privacy….
