@RachelMarie81 partually if one sprinckles salt on it we do get rid of that stuff, but not by dehydration

I always thought that eggplant was dangerous to eat raw. Someone told me it’s in the same family as itchweed and poision ivy and that it can make your throat itch if you eat it raw. Does dehydrating it get rid of this quality? If so, I’d absolutely love to try it.

This looks really yummy. I’m not much of an eggplant person but this is actually making me crave eggplant. Also I don’t think I’ve had herbamare. I’ll check it out at the store. Keep posting it’s quite interesting.

with olive oil, can you put it in the dehydrator that long and it’s still healthy for you? I have a congested liver and chronic fatigue so it’s important for me not to have bad fats
