Ciabatta Bread recipe - 4 cups of flour 2 cups of water 1 & a half teaspoons of salt 1 half teaspoon of yeast Combine ingredients in a large bowl & let sit covered room temperature for 18 hours. Shape & turn onto heavy baking pan. Let rise for 2 hours. Bake for 35 minutes at 425 degrees. Enjoy!!

In the video I said you need 2 packages of the biscuits,,, You only need 2 CANS!! Monkey Bread Spray a bundt pan with Pam cooking spray 2 cans of Pillsbury Country Style Biscuits (they come 4 cans to a package, they are blue) Do 1 can at a time: With a scissors cut each biscuit into 1/4’s In a large bowl mix together: Sugar and Cinnamon to taste Dip each ¼ bisquit into the Sugar and Cinnamon coating all sides well- put into the pan Melt 1 stick of butter Drizzle half the butter over the pieces Do the same for the second can of Biscuits Drizzle butter and sprinkle additional sugar/cinnamon all over. Bake: 375 about 20 minutes or until Golden Brown Invert onto a plate Be careful when you invert– I have had some of the butter drip off the edge of the plate=I now use a much larger platter with an edge on it to invert onto.
